A Simple Guide to help with your Dream Kitchen

STEP 1

  • Measure the walls, windows and doorways
  • List all new appliances that will be used in the kitchen space
  • List any existing appliances to be used
  • Set a realistic budget
  • Choose the style and colour of the kitchen
  • Email or WhatsApp the floor plan to us contact@thinksmartkitchens.co.uk or 07518 619 537

STEP 2

  • Let us help you design your kitchen.
  • Allow for a minimum of 3 drawers within the kitchen. 1 cutlery drawer and 2 deep pan drawers.
  • Don’t let the budget get out of control by using too many drawers within the planned space.
  • TSK designers will get you a rough sketch and a price for the style , colour and design .
  • If all ok, a full list of components will be given to help you order your kitchen

STEP 3

  • TSK charge for detailed floor plans and 3D drawings at a cost of £50-00. This is credited upon the purchase of the kitchen.
  • Contracts are put into place with a full list of components.
  • Payment will need to be made for the order to be processed.
  • All kitchens are then made to order and a delivery date issued.
  • There are 2 options that we offer, (a) FLAT PACKED or (b) FULLY ASSEMBLED
  • All prices listed are Flat Packed. Upgrade to Rigid Built for £20-00 per unit.
  • As all kitchens are made to order, we do have a 48 hours cooling off period, should you need to amend your kitchen order.
  • Any additional items can be added within this 48 hour period. Items added after will be subject to an additional delivery charge
  • There is a strict NO RETURN or REFUND policy. Please read the terms and conditions prior to payment.

STEP 4

  • A date will be given for the delivery.
  • All flat pack kitchens are via pallet deliveries and are done via 3 independent carriers, (a) for the units, (b) for the doors & accessories , and (c) for all hinges, drawers & any pull out mechanisms. This delivery is a kerbside drop off only.
  • All fully assembled kitchens will be delivered by our own delivery van. These will be delivered all in 1 van and everything at the same time. It is more expensive, but offers a professional furniture delivery person who will handle all items with extreme due care and attention, while placing them into your property.
  • All components are checked and checked again before leaving our premises. Any damages need to photographed and sent on the same day via WhatsApp or email reporting any damages or missing items.
  • There is a minimum spend on the website of order value for £1000.

  • Contact us to discuss the floor plan .
  • We will get the kitchen priced up .
  • Further discussions for any minor amendments and price changes .

FLAT PACKED

  •  Standard Delivery charge of £110 plus VAT.

READY ASSEMBLED

  • Delivery time will be given night prior.
  • Delivery charge will be £0.73 per mile, with a minimum of £110 plus VAT paid directly to the driver.

The job done by Paul was superb, he did re-schedule as we failed to get all the parts ready for the original planned date. The carefulness when setting up the working area was from another league. Finished job looked good.1 week after installation the grout on the floor tiles was cracking. The grout was replaced. A few weeks later the grout was cracking again. After contacting Paul he insisted the problem was my floor not the installation. Claiming the joists were moving. I believe it is poor workmanship even though he claims the fitter thought the floor was moving. If this was the case he should have notified myself as he had done with various other concerns throughout the installation. I have not received a reply after insisting the work is made good.
